I’m tired of saying I’m tired. Ever felt like that? That all your negative thoughts just are on repeat, every day… I heard of this exercise and I just had to try it. And it works! Give it a go.

Do this:

Write down while going to bed, a negative thought pattern you want to switch during the following day. Such as:

“I feel stressed.”

And

“I am exhausted”

Those words aren’t empowering. Instead, change them to a more positive vibe. Like:

I’m at peace

And

I feel relaxed

Write down the word on a note, fold it and stick it into your back pocket. Keep it close during the day. As a reminder.
